Caring for your Miche shells

Remove your shells from the CENTER, not the corners
The best way to store your Miche shells is in the closet organizer, but if you do not have one... Store your shells laying down in the shape that you bought them
DO NOT store your shells in a hot place
DO NOT TRI-FOLD your shells!
Place white tissue paper or something between the shells so they don't discolor or stick to each other.
When stacking them on top of each other, rotate the feet so that the magnets do not stick to the shell below them

MICHE BAG™ unveils the HOPE bag

Miche Bag™ is getting involved in the fight against cancer in a big way and Miche Bags Texas, LLC is very excited to be in the forefront of this important contribution. Cancer affects each of us in some way from being a survivor, having someone in our family who has battled the disease, or feeling compelled to help in education, research, medical attention, and a race to find the cure.

“Our goal right now,” said Jennie Platt, Miche Bag designer, “is to donate at least 1 million dollars to cancer research.” The money given by our distributors in the United States and 14 other countries will go the Huntsman Cancer Institute and to local agencies fighting this dread disease.

Since 2007, Miche Bag has designed and sold the popular interchangeable, magnetic handbags, with outer shells that fit over the main purse, allowing the user to change the look without changing the contents. “Six months ago, our company decided that it was time for Miche Bag to give back,” said Platt. “We’ve been so blessed and we really want to do something in our communities that give back to the people who live in them.”

Quotes were collected from cancer patients and survivors. In bold black and white letters the new Hope bags tell their stories. Words and phrases including “Love,” “Fight like a giant, “No regrets,” and “It’s not about living or dying, It’s about living until I die,” and other impressive wording take the message to the world.

Miche Bag™ Company is donating $5 for each Hope shell sold to the Huntsman Cancer Institute. Officers of the company encouraged the distributors to think of ways to give back locally to the various agencies and programs fighting cancer. Billy and Anna Bohannon, owners and distributors of Miche Bags Texas, LLC have both been affected by cancer in their families. The Bohannon's decided to match the $5 donation on Hope shells purchased from Miche Bags Texas, LLC and their portion would be donated to local cancer fighting endeavors in Southeast Texas.

Miche Bag Texas, LLC is very excited about it’s “Shopping for a Cure” campaign and look forward to helping many of the local agencies by supplying much needed funding.
